  With a background in hotel operations and management as well as Information Technology I work independently for clients both remotely and on-site mostly in the Wisconsin-Iowa region. With extensive experience using the Lodgical Solution hotel property management system I am particularly skilled in creating both night audit and general management report processes, using Microsoft Excel, Crystal Reports, and SQL-based reporting in Lodgical Enterprise - as well as in training hotel night audit / front desk staff and in writing and documenting staff processes, procedures, and creating training tutorials.
